Alta will be hosting virtual Parent Teacher Conferences this coming Monday, September 20 from 3:30 – 7:30 pm and Tuesday, September 21 from 3:30 – 7 pm. Click HERE for directions on how to reserve conference times with your child’s teachers through your Skyward Family Access. Scheduling will be available until noon on Monday, September 20. If all appointments are filled, please reach out to the teachers via email to arrange an alternative time to connect.
During your scheduled conference, you will be able to connect with the teacher via Google Meet or Zoom. The links you need to Meet/Zoom with each teacher will be posted to the Alta website before conferences. Click on the link for each teacher at your scheduled time. If you join early, teachers will keep you in the “waiting room” until your scheduled time in order to protect student privacy.
If you prefer to meet in person, please reserve your times on Skyward then email the teachers to inform them you will be attending in person. Please remember that the teacher will have a 5 minute slot for each appointment. If you intend to meet in person, please make sure you take into consideration travel time between classrooms when scheduling on Skyward.
