April 14 – April 18, 2025 Weekly Newsletter

Weekly Newsletter – April 14-18

Happy Monday morning!

We hope you and your students enjoyed a great spring break!  We look forward to having students return to school!

Here are several useful pieces of information.  There is a lot. Please skim entire newsletter so you do not miss out on important information.

Congratulations to our April Hawk Heroes! These students were nominated by faculty members, fellow students and other community members for being responsible with their schoolwork, being kind, helping others, and showing respect. We are grateful to these students for contributing to our community in positive ways. They were all awarded with a gift bag, and our juniors and seniors received a special parking place in the student lot for the month of April. Go Hawks! We wish to recognize Robeks, Crumbl, Einstein Bagels, Arctic Circle, and Menchie’s for their support of our students. Please go support these local businesses!

Seniors: Please check your grades and graduation requirements.  If you have any questions about where you stand, needed credits, or other graduation related information, please see your counselor ASAP.

Attention Seniors! Seniors who qualify for the Honors or Advanced Diploma should have received an email through your CSD email account indicating which diploma you qualify for. A list of qualifying seniors is also posted in the Counseling Center. The Diploma Options Chart is located at the following link: https://altahscounseling.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/0/0/120083169/diploma_chart_2024.jpg

If you believe you qualify for one of these diplomas, or a different diploma, but your name is not on the list, or you did not receive an email indicating you qualify for the Honors or Advanced diploma, contact Karen Brown by Friday, April 18th.
