Hawk Heroes: Congratulations to our May Hawk Heroes! We have received several nominations of Seniors recently, and PTSA wanted to recognize them all before they graduated, so we presented some extra awards this month! These students were nominated by faculty members, fellow students and other community members for being responsible with their schoolwork, being kind, helping others, and showing respect. We are grateful to these students for contributing to our community in positive ways, and wish our seniors the best as they continue on after high school. Please see the attached Google doc to find out more about their nominations. Hawk Hero recipients were all awarded with a gift bag, and our seniors received a special parking place in the student or faculty lot for the month of May. The juniors get a Hawk Hero parking space during August/September when they come back to school! We wish to recognize Robeks, Crumbl, Einstein Bagels, Arctic Circle, and Menchie’s for their support of our students. Please go support these local businesses! We encourage students and parents to nominate others as Hawk Heroes if you have noticed them making a difference for good. You may nominate with the QR code through this link below.
