Hello Alta High Community!

Please see below for important announcements and dates to note.

Freshman Orientation
If you have a child who is going to attend Alta High next year, or who is interested in learning more about our awesome school, be sure to attend Freshman Orientation on Thursday, January 22 at 6pm in our PAC! Students and families will see amazing performances from our dance and cheer groups, as well as theatre, drumline, and choir! Students and families will then be invited to our Commons to meet club advisors, coaches, and teachers, sign up for summer athletic practices and club meetings, and even win some Alta swag! We can’t wait to see you then!!

✔Legacy Assembly
Our
Legacy Assembly will take place on January 22 and is one of the highlights of our school year! This special event celebrates the rich and diverse cultures represented within our school community, and we are currently looking for student performers. Students may participate individually or in groups and are encouraged to share their culture through dances, songs, poems, presentations, or any creative idea they have. Traditional clothing is welcome, and creativity is highly encouraged! If your child is interested in participating, please contact shaley.louder@canyonsdistrict.org so we can help them sign up. We hope to showcase as many cultures as possible and would love your support in making this event truly memorable.
