✔Alta Hawk Stash
As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind Alta families of The Alta Hawk Stash that can be utilized, if needed. The Hawk Stash is stocked with canned and non-perishable food items, as well as a few clothing and school items for those seeking assistance to fulfill household needs. Access to The Stash can be arranged by contacting a counselor or administrator at the school.

✔Concurrent Enrollment
To any students who are taking a concurrent enrollment class through SLCC in the Spring: you need to apply to SLCC!

Do not use your school email in the application, you MUST use a personal email address. Make sure you are selecting Salt Lake Community College as the school you are applying to. If you have any questions, come see us in the Career Center (Room 1409).
✔December Hawk Heroes:
Congratulations to our December Hawk Hero Recipients! The Freshman were Charlotte Stokes and Ella Riley; Sophomores were Ben Wilson & Nguyen Lan Huong Tran; Juniors were Jaxon Matthews and Sadie Williams; and Seniors were Cheng Huang, Abigail Cook, and Brinley O’Neal. Alta Hawk Stash Donation Drive: Wednesday, Dec. 3rd to Friday, Dec. 12th, 2025
Did you know Alta has a Hawk Stash where students in need can come and get food, clothing, school supplies, and toiletries? It is a HUGE support to our Alta Hawks! Our stock is running low and for the next two weeks only (Dec. 3rd to the 12th) we are having our Annual Hawk Stash Donation Drive. A fully stocked Hawk Stash provides Alta students with enough food, warm clothing, and toiletries to take home and last over the Christmas break when they are not at Alta.
Please click on the SignUpGenius below and sign up next to the items you would like donate and then bring those items to the big barrel in the Alta front office any time before Friday, December 12th. We do have some struggling families that could use some extra help, so if you would prefer to donate cash instead, that would be so helpful.
